Dad: Works as a computer consultant, so we have a total of five computers in our house. There are four of us living here. He seems a little out of it because he works so much, and he can be a complete jerk sometimes, but every once in a while he’ll do something really awesome. He was born and raised in New Jersey, so every other year we fly back for Christmas to visit relatives that I always forget a few days after we leave. He and my mom have been divorced since before I can remember, but, apart for fights about who I and my sisters live with, they get along fairly well.

Mom: She had a pretty hard time with life in general, but somehow managed to stay incredibly naive. She’s incredibly sweet and easy to talk to and is notorious for picking up stray dogs, cats, opossums, and even a human or two and has them come live with us for a while. She was out of work for three years because of back problems, but she’s renovating my dad’s house all on her own at the moment. She’s the reason we moved from New Jersey to California when I was two.

Laura: My oldest sister… Let’s just say I’ve been waiting for years for her to go away to college. So when she went to a community college two years in a row, I wasn’t exactly happy.

Roman: Technically not related, but he’s Laura’s off and on boyfriend for a few years and he practically lives here, so it seems like it. One of the few people more than a few years older than me that still treats me like an equal. Always telling stories about his crazy friends or when he used to live in Russia.

Liz: It took five mental hospital visits, three suicide attempts, an eating disorder and someone to nearly rape her before the world decided to give her a break… for now. She’s got a completely random sense of humor and crazy abilities with HTML and computers in general. She’s one of the few I can talk to about anorexia and that sort of stuff, and probably only one of two who can actually understand it. Alan: Sarcastic, funny, smart, cute, amusing. Like I said, a huge part of who I am. My first boyfriend, first kiss... first lots of things. Amazing person that I fucked over too many times for my liking. He can be found here.

Branden: I used to be incredibly intimidated by him until I actually started talking to him during my drama class. A good person to rant to when I need to complain about Crystal and life in general, (he actually dated her for a while *shudder* poor fool) and one of my only friends with a car, woo!

Kaveh: Met him in math class last year and ended up keeping me from going too insane when my world exploded in January of 2004. A constant source of amusement and surprise. Deemed me “pregnant lady” after Alan first came to California.

A few random people/groups I should mention...

Crystal: Used to be best friends for two years until about January. Fucked things up and we were bitches to one another. We're finally able to tolerate being around each other...

Rebecca: Neighbor at my mom's house that randomly pops in and out of my life. Incredibly fun to be around but really melodramatic.
